Pet Policy
At The Elliott, four-legged family members are welcome home too. Let them stretch out in the bark park, freshen up at the on-site pet washing station, and settle into a community made for the whole household.
Dogs & Cats Welcome
We happily accept cats and dogs, up to 2 per home, with no weight limit. We have a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet. Breed restrictions may apply.
